  Morningview Vet clinic was recommended by a friend. We have quote a menagerie and we're looking for someone closer than GP. Meagan took my call and was very friendly and booked my appointment with Will. We have a senior Jack a Poo with a severe skin irritation problem. Other vets just wanted to pedal their pills and charge exorbitant and outrageous dispensing fees. I asked Will about alternative treatments and he suggested a long acting injection. Hallelujah! Our little girl hasn't been this happy for years. She lost 3 lbs. From water retention caused by years of steroid use, and hasn't scratched for nearly 2 weeks. Will listens to what you have to say and together you make a decision. I recommend this clinic to anyone who wants excellent service and professional, intelligent care.

  The BEST vet ever! Id rate 1,000 stars if i could! Sooo much cheaper than any other place! Our puppy got run over, his pelvis was broken in two spots. We took him to the North Peace Vet clinic (DONT GO THERE) the vet looked at him gave an X-ray then gave him some pain medication kept him over night & the end cost was $618!!! & he wasn't even fixed! To fix him they said they would need surgery & have to ship him to Edmonton for $5,000!! Morningview kept him at the clinic for a month with constant vet attention & pain medication. The Dr. Didnt want to opperate if he didnt have to so he did 2 X-rays on him (one when he first came in & one the week before we picked him up) to see if he was healing properly by himself & he was!! The end cost after all that was only $450!!!!! These people are AMAZING! The vet here actually worked for the North Peace Vet Clinic but decided he wanted to go his own way... Thank goodness!! I will ALWAYS go to Morningview even if it is 2.5 hours away we still save sooo much money with more love & care given to the animals❤

  This is the second time in a short period where this happened. I will start by saying the vet was very good, he was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. However we were in the waiting room for over an hour and a half as three people with appointments scheduled after ours, who had been waiting significantly less time than us got in before us. None of them had animals experiencing an emergency. One person was there for the same reason as us and was in the waiting room over an hour less! As I was frustrated I brought this up with the staff but the evening person just started and did not know why this happened. As I told them, I do not mind waiting my turn but when 3 people took my turn it makes me feel, as a customer, unwelcome. The staff could not give me any answer therefore I can only conclude that the answer is poor customer service. As a result we will not be returning, I would rather give my money to a place that treats its customers fairly. Not that we should have been given a priority over others but it is even further agrivating when your pregnant wife and two year old are stuck in the waiting room while others are taking your turn because the staff tell them it's theirs.
